Job Description

Dispensary Receptionist Location Broomfield, CO :

We are looking for receptionists who are looking to start their career in the industry. No experience required. This is a full-time position with the ability to elevate within our company based on your performance.

The successful receptionist will:

  • Welcome all customers and facilitate a seamless check-in process
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Facilitate the processing of phone and online orders in a timely manner
  • Perform any clerical duties as needed by store staff
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Update menus and ensure their continued accuracy
  • Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures
  • Manage the flow of the lobby and customer queue to ensure all customers are helped in a timely manner
  • Be eager to be cross-trained to work the sales floor in addition to reception
  • Advise customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis
  • Maintain positive customer relationships to establish loyal customer base

This role requires:

  • MUST have a valid CO MED Badge
  • Ownership mindset - self-starters who know how to figure things out and know when to ask for help
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
  • High school diploma is required; Associates degree or higher is preferred
  • A passion for cannabis and desire to continually learn more
  • Exceptional attention to detail, well-organized and reliable

The ideal candidate has:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative role, host or server position
  • Willingness to work as a team player to meet the common goals of the organization
  • An aspirational attitude with a fun and positive personality while still being professional and eager to succeed
  • Welcomes change and adjusts quickly to accommodate the business's needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills to be able to effectively handle a wide array of customers, employees and vendors
