Job Description
GRIT Insurance Group is looking for an energetic and persuasive Insurance Outreach Specialist to join our team. You’ll be calling prospects who have received our marketing postcards — your job is to start the conversation, qualify the lead, and either schedule a discovery appointment or collect policy renewal information so we can nurture the lead through our automation tools.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients who received GRIT Insurance postcards.
- Engage in friendly, professional conversations to identify interests.
- Ask about policy renewal dates, current carriers, and potential insurance needs.
- Schedule appointments for our licensed agents using our CRM system (HubSpot).
- Record accurate call notes, contact details, and lead status.
- Work closely with our marketing and sales team to improve outreach effectiveness.
Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in outbound calling, customer service, or telemarketing.
- Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented with data entry.
- Comfortable using web-based tools like CRM systems (HubSpot a plus), email, and VOIP.
- Motivated by goals and capable of working independently.
- Prior insurance or B2B outreach experience preferred, but not required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, flexible shifts between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM MT.
- Remote work available, or work from our Salt Lake City office.
