They have 4 Instances of Kronos Workforce Central (WFC)
They use Service Management Ticketing system for configuration requests as well as interact with payroll/HR Dept for requests.
Configurations include pay change requests, Union or Regulatory change requests, State Regulatory changes, etc. for Full Time/Part time/Contract employees.
