• Guide clients with confidence through strategic buyer and seller consultations, no scripts, just real conversations, and expertise
• Use your deep local market knowledge to provide trusted insight on homes, neighborhoods, schools, and lifestyle fit
• Deliver white-glove service from first contact to close and beyond, creating clients for life
• Leverage systems and smart follow-up to convert warm leads and nurture a long-term pipeline
• Own the full transaction process with high attention to detail, ensuring smooth, stress-free closings
• Be the expert clients call before making any major move because they trust your counsel, not just your service
• Represent the brand with professionalism and high standards in every interaction, online and off

• Local market expert, you know the neighborhoods, not just the zip codes
• Proactive communicator who keeps clients informed and confident every step of the way
• Strong negotiator with a client-first mindset
• Comfortable on camera and understands the value of a personal brand
• Organized, accountable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Marketing-savvy understands how to position listings, attract buyers, and build long-term trust
• Licensed California real estate agent with at least 3 years of experience (or equivalent track record)
