The Judge Group is seeking a Reliability Manager for a manufacturing company in the Reading, Pa area.

Title: Reliability Manager

Location: Reading, PA

Salary: $165,000 - $185,000

Responsibilities:

Lead maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and performance
Develop and manage preventive/predictive maintenance programs
Oversee budgets, spare parts inventory, and procurement of tools/services
Manage CMMS and ensure accurate maintenance records
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards
Monitor KPIs: uptime, response time, and maintenance cost per unit
Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams
Support capital projects and equipment commissioning
Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
Lead training and development for maintenance staff
Support fabrication of racks, fixtures, carts, and related projects
Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
Maintain 5S practices across the facility
