We’re excited to be opening our brand-new outlet boutique at Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets this October , and we’re on the hunt for drive and passionate individuals to join our opening team. Our brand is bold, expressive and unlike anything else in the fashion space. We create more than just clothing — we create storytelling pieces that speak to your soul. And our tribe is at the heart of everything we do. Whether you're managing the boutique, styling our beloved customers, or keeping stock flowing behind the scenes, you will be an integral part of our Orlando launch team.

We are now hiring for:

• Outlet Boutique Manager
• 3x Full-Time Boutique Stylists
• Part-Time Stock Associate

The ideal CAMILLA Candidate:

You will have an angelic level of service, a vibrant personality, and a passion for luxury fashion. Our culture is eclectic, free-spirited and grounded in love – so cultural fit is just as important as experience.

• Retail leaders with experience managing high-performing teams and running a boutique (for the Outlet Store Manager role)
• Stylists with strong fashion retail experience and a love of styling and clienteling
• A Stock Associate with a knack for organization and back-of-house operations

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous experience in premium or high fashion retail
• A love of customer connection and storytelling through styling
• Proven ability to meet sales, service, and operational KPIs
• A natural leader and motivator (for our Store Manager)
• A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to grow
• Angelic energy that translates into an unforgettable customer experience
