Responsibilities:

• Assist and support the team of Financial Analysts, reporting to the Controller

• Assist in design, development, and production of reports: P&L, Expenses, Losses, Commission/Earnings,Budget/Forecast & T&E

• Support multiple profit centers financial reporting, including Production, Budgeting, Forecasting, Quarter-Close, and Expenses

• Analyze and challenge gross & ceded reinsurance financials for accuracy

• Reconcile, analyze and model financial impacts to P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow

• Work with cross-functional departments

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance with at least 5 years of experience

• Experience working in Insurance preferred

• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and accounting skills
