Senior Project Architect – Sarasota, FL
A quality design-focused, Florida-based architecture firm with a strong regional reputation is seeking a Licensed Senior Project Architect to join its growing Sarasota office . This is a unique opportunity to become part of a collaborative and experienced team with a focus on civic, public safety, municipal, and educational projects .
What You’ll Do:
- Lead projects from concept through construction administration
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal team members
- Ensure quality control, code compliance, and project delivery standards
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive and collaborative studio culture
What We’re Looking For:
- Active architectural license (Florida preferred)
- 8+ years of experience, with a portfolio reflecting relevant project types (civic, public safety, education, etc.)
- Strong design, documentation, and technical skills
- Proficiency in Revit and knowledge of industry-standard software
- Effective communication and leadership skills
